Ghana - U.S. Judicial Exchange Programme

The Honourable Chief Justice of Ghana, her ladyship Justice Georgina T. Wood, on Monday the 13th of October 2008, opened a 5 day Ghana-US Judicial Exchange programme at Judicial Training Institute in Accra.

This programme is the first in the series of exchanges designed to assist the
Judiciary of Ghana promote a judicial culture of accountability and excellence.

Topic to be discussed during the 5 day long programme include:

1. Civil Case Management Round table.
2. Judicial Ethics: Challenges and Response.
3. Case Reporting and Management Reform: The Kenyan Experience
4. Case Management Workshop

The 5 day exchange programme will end on Friday, October 17.
